Replacement Royalty Agreement between SMMGC, IAMGOLD Corporation, and Franco-Nevada Corporation

On May 27, 2025, SMM Gold Cote Inc. (“SMMGC”), IAMGOLD Corporation, and Franco-Nevada Corporation (“Franco Nevada”) entered into a Replacement Royalty Agreement in connection with Franco-Nevada’s acquisition of interests over the Côté Gold Mine in Ontario. 

Franco-Nevada has entered into an agreement to acquire an existing royalty package on the Côté Gold Mine in Ontario from a private third party for total cash consideration of C$1,050 million.
