Melinor Investments Inc. completes successful acquisition of a Class A suburban office and retail portfolio from Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust

On April 20, 2023, an affiliate of Melinor Investments Inc. ("Melinor") completed the successful acquisition of a 100% ownership interest in a Class A suburban office and retail portfolio totaling 537,126 square feet across six properties strategically located in Laval, North Shore, and West-Island from Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust (“Cominar”).
