Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. completes C$16M private placement

On May 21, 2020, Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. completed a private placement of 2,909,091 common shares for aggregate gross proceeds of C$16 million. The common shares were sold at a price of $5.50 per common share. 

The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by Echelon Wealth Partners Inc., and included Acumen Capital Finance Partners Limited, Desjardins Securities Inc. and Laurentian Bank Securities Inc.
