Malteries Soufflet announces acquisition of United Malt Group for AU$1.5B

On July 3, 2023, InVivo Group's subsidiary Malteries Soufflet announced its acquisition of United Malt Group for AU$ 1.5 billion. Malteries Soufflet runs 28 malt houses across Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa. This acquisition will allow InVivo to expand activities geographically and supply new markets.

InVivo Group, headquartered in France, produces and sells seeds and agricultural supplies.

United Malt Group, headquartered in Australia, produces bulk malt for brewers, craft brewers, distillers and food companies. It has processing plants in Australia, Canada, the United States and Britain.
