On July 31, 2020, Lineage Logistics Holdings, LLC, through its Canadian subsidiary CapCold Group Inc., acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Ontario Refrigerated Services Inc. (ORS) and certain affiliates. The acquisition of ORS and its affiliates marks Lineage's entrance into the Canadian market for temperature-controlled logistics and storage.
Lineage Logistics Holdings, based in Michigan, is the world’s largest provider of temperature-controlled logistics solutions.
