Dana Shen is a Partner in our Real Property & Planning Group in Toronto. Dana’s practice is focused on real estate acquisition, disposition, and financing.

Dana has acted on behalf of a range of clients, including institutional and private investors and lenders. She has support to clients with respect to a wide range of real estate matters, including joint venture structuring and land assembly.

Dana obtained her Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology from McMaster University in 2011. She obtained her JD from the University of Toronto in 2014.

Dana was called to the Ontario bar in 2015. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
