Interfor Corporation issues an aggregate principal amount of US$200M Series H senior secured notes

On November 30, 2022, Interfor Corporation announced its issuance of an aggregate principal amount of US$200 million Series H senior secured notes with Prudential Private Capital. The senior secured notes will carry an annual interest rate of 7.06% and have a final maturity in 2033. 

Based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Interfor Corporation is a forest products company that offers a diverse line of lumber products to customers around the world.
