IMV Inc. re-establishes At-The-Market facility

On October 16, 2020 IMV Inc. announced that it has entered into an equity distribution agreement with Piper Sandler & Co. Under this agreement, Piper Sandler will act as agent and IMV may sell its common shares through at-the-market offerings for an aggregate offering price of US$50 million.

IMV, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, will use the funds raised by this offering for general corporate purposes, including but not limited to working capital expenditures, capital expenditures, research and development expenditures, COVID-19 vaccine candidate expenditures, and clinical trial expenditures.
