Philippe Leclerc is a partner in our Business Law Group in Québec City and Montréal.
Mr. Leclerc has extensive experience in commercial, corporate and securities law. He has led numerous business transactions, including initial public offerings, acquisitions, take-overs, commercial agreements and public and private equity and debt financings, both in Canada and abroad.
Mr. Leclerc is active in the technology and life sciences sector and regularly advises companies and their board on governance matters.
He is a lecturer at the Université Laval where he teaches business and securities law courses.
Mr. Leclerc articled at the firm and was called to the Québec bar in October 1992. A graduate of the Faculty of Law (LLB) at Université Laval in 1991, he also studied at the University of Connecticut School of Law. While attending at Laval, Mr. Leclerc was an editor of the texts for Les Cahiers de Droit.
