IMV Inc. enters equity distribution agreement with Piper Sandler & Co.

On March 18, 2020 IMV Inc. announced that it has entered into an equity distribution agreement with Piper Sandler & Co. Under this agreement, Piper Sandler will act as sale agent to sell at-the-market offering on the Nasdaq for IMV. The common share offering will be by way of prospectus supplement and would have an aggregate offering price of up to US$30 million.

IMV, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, will use the funds raised by this offering for general corporate purposes.
