GM Financial of Canada issues C$400M in Series 6 senior notes via private placement

On May 14, 2020, General Motors Financial of Canada closed a private placement of C$400 million in Series 6 Senior Notes. RBC Capital Markets acted as agent for the offering.

General Motors Financial of Canada is the financial services arm of GM Canada, which provides financing or leasing options for customers purchasing automobiles.
