Endeavour Mining PLC completes its US$500M bond offering

On May 28, 2025, Endeavour Mining PLC completed its bond offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 7.000% senior notes due 2030. McCarthy Tétrault acted as Canadian counsel to Endeavour in connection with the offering. The proceeds from the offering, along with available cash, will be used to (i) fund the repurchase of any of the company’s outstanding 5.000% senior notes due 2026 that are validly submitted and accepted through the company’s concurrent cash tender offer, and (ii) pay fees and expenses in relation to the offering and the tender offer.
