Elevra purchases Moblan offtake rights for US$5.5M

On May 12, 2026, Elevra Lithium Limited (“Elevra”) announced that it had purchased and terminated a spodumene concentrate offtake agreement previously granted to an investment vehicle managed by Waratah Capital Advisors Ltd in connection with the Moblan Lithium Project. Following completion, Elevra will control 100% of its pro rata share of offtake from Moblan.

Elevra is a North American lithium producer with projects in Québec, Canada, United States and Western Australia.
