Choice Properties REIT completes C$300M private placement of senior unsecured debentures

On January 16, 2025, Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust completed its C$300 million private placement of series V senior unsecured debentures (the "Debentures") that bear interest at a rate of 4.293% per annum and mature on January 16, 2030.

The Debentures were sold on an agency basis by a syndicate of agents, co-led by RBC Capital Markets, Scotia Capital, TD Securities, BMO Capital Markets, and CIBC Capital Markets.
