Bradda Head to receive up to US$8M in royalty financing and US$2M in private placement

On December 22, 2021, Bradda Head Lithium Ltd. completed a royalty financing with Lithium Royalty Corporation who will pay up to US$8 million to Bradda Head for a 2.0% gross overriding royalty over its sedimentary lithium claims in Arizona. Concurrently with the royalty financing, Bradda Head completed a US$2 million private placement with Lithium Royalty Corporation for 19,481,475 common shares of Bradda Head.
