B.C. Supreme Court rules in favour of Kingsway Holdings Ltd. in commercial lease dispute

On October 25, 2024, McCarthy Tétrault represented the successful plaintiff, Kingsway Holdings Ltd. ("Kingsway"), in a commercial landlord-tenant dispute, alleging that the defendant/tenant breached the terms of a commercial lease. The B.C. Supreme Court made a damages award to Kingsway exceeding $150,000.
