On April 30, 2019, Patrick Poirier, the CEO of 9118322 Canada Inc., completed the private sale of all shares to Touchbistro Inc. Concurrently, Touchbistro Inc. acquired all assets of YP Dine Solutions Limited and Bookenda Limited and all shares of Bookenda Limited.
