Gabrielle Schachter is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. She maintains a general litigation practice that includes professional liability, class actions, and corporate commercial litigation. Gabrielle is also on the organizing committee for the Warren K. Winkler Class Actions Moot.

Gabrielle received her JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she co-chaired the faculty’s Women and the Law Society; volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC) and Peer Mentorship Program; and participated in the Warren K. Winkler Class Actions Moot. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University in Political Studies and English Literature. She has worked and volunteered with various political organizations, advocating for youth and women’s engagement.

Gabrielle was called to the bar in 2020. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
