On January 24, 2023, Virginia Energy Resources Inc. was acquired by Consolidated Uranium in exchange for among other things the issuance to shareholders of Virginia Energy (other than Consolidated Uranium) of 0.26 of a Consolidated Uranium common share for each Virginia Energy common share.

Virginia Energy is a uranium development and exploration company that was listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada prior to its acquisition by Consolidated Uranium.
