On December 29, 2023, Vantage Airport Group Ltd. (“Vantage”) completed its acquisition of an additional ownership interest of approximately 16% in LaGuardia Gateway Partners ("LGP") for USD $57 million from Skanska ID LGP, LLC. LGP is a private consortium, which was selected by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to develop and now manage LaGuardia Terminal B, a USD$5.1 billion, 35-gate terminal.
