On June 1, 2024, the Vancouver Airport Authority ("YVR") closed the preparation and negotiations of a Strategic Baggage Alliance Agreement (the "SBAA") with AviBC Aviation Services Ltd. ("AviBC"), an affiliate of Aviation Business Continuity Ltd., an aviation logistics business based out of the London Heathrow Airport.
