On April 30, 2024, the Toronto-Dominion Bank (“TD Bank”) issued EUR €200 million Series CBL70 Tranche 2 Floating Rate covered bonds due October 19, 2026. The covered bonds were issued under TD Bank’s CAD $80 billion global covered bond program.
