On November 14, 2018, TECSYS Inc. announced that it acquired all of the shares and assumed outstanding debt of OrderDynamics Corporation for an aggregate purchase price of C$13.375 million. The acquisition will provide TECSYS with OrderDynamics' portfolio of distributed order management software, which allows retail merchants and brand managers to increase retail sales, reduce operating costs and improve shopper satisfaction.

TECSYS is a supply chain management software company based in Montreal, Quebec. It is a market leader in supply chain solutions for health systems and hospitals, and provides warehouse management, distribution and transportation management, supply management at point-of-use, and complete financial management and analytics solutions.

OrderDynamics provides order management technology solutions to retail customers in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, its customers include Quiksilver, Mastermind Toys and Princess Auto.
