On June 7, 2023, The Toronto-Dominion Bank ("TD") completed its C$1.25 billion Floating Rate covered bond issuance due June 8, 2026. The covered bonds were issued under TD’s C$80 billion global covered bond program.

 TD provides retail and corporate banking, wealth management, and related financial solutions.
