Strategic Partnership Entered into Between nesto and IG Wealth Management

On December 13, 2022, nesto and IG Wealth Management ("IG") announced they have entered into a strategic agreement to have nesto provide white label digital mortgage services to IG clients across Canada through its Mortgage Cloud solution. nesto's Mortgage Cloud solution and leadership in the digital mortgage space will be integrated into IG's mortgage solutions business.

McCarthy Tétrault advised nesto with a team led by Charles Morgan (Technology) that included Jonathan Adessky, Jerry Lan (Business), Simon Fitzpatrick (Financial Services), Patrick Pengelly, Myriane Le François, Emilie Thibault (Labour and Employment), Simon Douville, Randy Schwartz, Stephanie Dewey (Tax) and Xin Yue Zhang (Real Property and Planning).
