Singer Equities acquires Connectall (USA) Limited

On December 3, 2018, Singer Equities Inc.announced that it acquired, through its Canadian affiliate 9388-3171 Quebec Inc., all of the issued and outstanding shares of Connectall Ltd. and, through its US affiliate Hampton Rubber Company, all of the issued and outstanding shares of Connectall (USA) Limited. The acquisition will facilitate sharing best practices and improving buying power. In addition, the strategic locations of the merged entity will also accelerate growth and expansion.

Singer Equities, along with Bishop Lifting Products and Dakota Fluid Power, are wholly-owned subsidiaries of SBP Holdings, headquartered in Houston, TX. SBP Holdings has 76 locations providing industrial markets with industrial rubber, wire rope, and rigging products and services across the United States and Canada. 

Headquartered in Laval, Quebec, Connectall produces and distributes metal, hydraulic, Teflon, silicone and industrial hoses, and expansion joints and fittings, catering to transportation, HVAC, pharmaceutical, industrial and petrochemical industries. The company has facilities in Laval, QC and Plattsburgh, NY.
