On March 6, 2024, Vantage Data Centers, a leading global provider of hyperscale data center campuses, completed the previously announced US$6.4 billion equity investment led by investment vehicles managed by Silver Lake and DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (NYSE: DBRG) (“DigitalBridge”).
