S.C. Johnson completes sale of Canada’s Fruits & Passion to TheFaceShop

On June 18, 2013, S.C. Johnson & Son Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary The Fruits & Passion Group ULC, completed the sale of one hundred percent of the issued and outstanding capital stock of each of the Fruits & Passion Boutiques Inc., Fruits & Passion Immobilier Inc. and 3390306 Canada Inc. (the “Acquired Companies”) to TheFaceShop Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of South Korean conglomerate LG Household & Health Care. The value of the transaction is undisclosed.
S.C. Johnson & Son is a privately held, global manufacturer of household cleaning supplies and other consumer chemicals based in Racine, Wisconsin.
The Acquired Companies, headquartered in Quebec, Canada, are body care and fragrance retailers.
TheFaceShop Co., Ltd., headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, is a cosmetics and skincare products retailer.
