On June 3, 2022, Salford Group, a portfolio company of private equity firm GenNx360 Capital Partners, finalized its acquisition by Linamar Corporation for C$260 million. Salford will expand Linamar's agriculture division and join MacDon Industries Limited, a manufacturer of combine headers and self-propelled windrowers.
