On October 23, 2019, Golden Credit Card Trust closed its offering of credit card receivables-backed notes, Series 2019-2.

The offering included (i) US$600 million principal amount of Credit Card Receivables-Backed Class A Floating Rate Notes, (ii) C$38,103,209 principal amount of Credit Card Receivables-Backed Class B Notes, and (iii) C$16,934,759 principal amount of Credit Card Receivables-Backed Class C Notes. The notes have an expected maturity date of October 15, 2021.
