On March 1, 2019, Resurgent Holdings LLC completed the sale of Resurgent Holdings Canada Inc. to PRA Group, Inc. 

Resurgent Holdings LLC, based in South Carolina, is a domestic and international consumer debt portfolio management and financial servicing company for credit grantors and debt buyers. 

PRA Group, Inc. is a Virginia-based publicly traded global company that acquires and collects nonperforming loans.
