Precinmac Precision Machining acquired by investor group

On April 2, 2020 a group of investors, including Pine Island Capital Partners, LLC, Bain Capital Credit, LP and Compass Partners Capital, announced the completion of their acquisition of Precinmac Precision Machining from GenNx360 Capital Partners. The financial and other terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Precinmac is a manufacturer of high-tolerance precision machined components and assemblies and has four divisions – Maine Machine Products Company, Hoppe Technologies, Trimaster Manufacturing, and HPG. Precinmac and its divisions supply to the aerospace, defence, semiconductor and automation industries, among other sectors, with locations in the U.S. and Canada.

McCarthy Tétrault represented senior management of Precinmac Precision Machining with a team led by Patrick M. Shea and included Aneglo Discepola, Fred Purkey, Deron Waldock, Christian Meighen, Kabir Jamal, Marie-Soleil Landry, Jocelyn Perrault, Yaroslavna Serdyukova and Diana Theophilopoulo.
