Optel Vision Inc. completes its acquisition of the track-and-trace business unit of the Körber Business Area Pharma, formerly known as Traxeed, based in Germany. 

The acquisition will allow Optel Vision to leverage the unit’s expertise in pharmaceutical and agrochemical track-and-trace technologies, provide Optel with a strategic alliance in the European marketplace and contribute to its diversification plans.
