On February 8, 2024, OMERS Realty Corporation (“ORC”) completed the C$450 million private placement of its 4.96% Series 15 Senior Unsecured Debentures, due February 10, 2031.

The syndicate of agents in the offering was led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., and TD Securities Inc., and included Wells Fargo Securities Canada, Ltd., Desjardins Securities Inc., and HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc.

ORC, based in Toronto, Canada, is a real estate investment arm that operates as a subsidiary of OMERS Administration Corporation.
