Novacap acquires Spectrum Health Care

On July 11, 2019, Novacap announced that it had completed its acquisition of a majority interest in Spectrum Health Care ("Spectrum"). Novacap plans to continue to invest in the company's growth and assist it in expanding throughout Ontario.

Novacap is a leading Canadian private equity fund that invests in companies with strong growth potential in the industrial and manufacturing sectors as well as in service and distribution.

Spectrum, based in Ontario, offers a range of client-centred health care solutions which include home care nursing, personal and home support, physiotherapy, foot care and corporate wellness.
