On April 15, 2021 Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., as joint bookrunner, entered into an offering of C$1,000,000,000 2.000% Fixed Rate Notes due 2028 of New York Life Global Funding, secured by a funding agreement issued by New York Life Insurance Company under the C$23,000,000,000 Global Debt Issuance Program.

CIBC World Markets Inc. and RBC Dominion Securities Inc. were the other joint bookrunners.
