On December 2, 2020, the National Bank of Canada (NBC) renewed its US$8 billion 3(a)(2) MTN programme. Our firm advised on the renewal and will advise on ongoing maintenance until December 2, 2021.
NBC, headquartered in Montreal, is Canada's sixth largest chartered bank.
