On April 24, 2024, Methanex Corporation (“Methanex”), as borrower, entered into an amended and restated credit agreement along with Royal Bank of Canada, as Agent Bank, and a syndicate of Canadian and international lenders, as Lenders, to upsize the credit facilities established thereunder to a maximum authorized borrowing of US$500,000,000, to extend the maturity date of the credit facilities and to make provision for the transition to the SOFR and CORRA reference rates.
