On March 10, 2005, various corporations within the Menkes group, together with their partners and co-owners Glen-Dolomite Holdings Ltd., Salpam Investments Ltd., Woljus Holdings Ltd. and Vector Management Ltd. with respect to certain properties, sold a portfolio of 52 industrial properties and eight office properties located within the Greater Toronto Area to bcIMC Realty Corp. for $447 million.
