On December 22, 2020 Marigold Infrastructure Partners Limited Partnership, a limited partnership formed by Parsons Inc. and Colas Infrastructure Canada GP, entered into a Project Agreement with The City of Edmonton to design, build and finance the Edmonton Valley Line West LRT Extension Project. The Project includes the construction of a 14 km light rail extension from downtown Edmonton to Lewis Farms in west Edmonton, including 14 street level stations and 2 elevated stations. The project is valued at C$2.6 billion.
