Kobo Resources Inc.'s reverse take-over of Meteorite Capital Inc. and listing on the TSX Venture Exchange and concurrent offering of subscription receipts

On March 30, 2023, the shareholders of Kobo Resources Inc. ("Kobo") closed their reverse-takeover of Meteorite Capital Inc. ("Meteorite"). As a result of the deal, Meteorite has acquired all issued and outstanding securities of Kobo, and Kobo has amalgamated with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Meteorite. Meteorite has been renamed as 'Kobo Resources Inc.'. As per the reverse-takeover, Kobo and Meteorite completed a private placement by issuing subscription receipts that has raised approximately C$4.6 million.

Kobo Resources Inc., based in Quebec City, Quebec, is a gold mining company that owns and operates the Kossou Gold Project in Yamoussoukro, Côte d'Ivoire.

Meteorite Capital Inc., headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, is a capital pool company that identifies and evaluates assets and businesses to complete qualifying transactions.
