On May 25, 2022, KGHM International Ltd. completed the sale of 100% of its shares of SCM Franke, the owner of the Franke Mine, near Copiapó, Chile, to Minera Las Cenizas S.A., for fixed and contingent cash consideration of up to approximately US$50 million.
