On November 15, 2005, Zarlink Semiconductor Inc.’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Zarlink Semiconductor Limited, sold the assets of its RF Front-End Consumer Business to Intel Corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Intel Corporation (UK) Limited for approximately US$68 million in cash and US$2 million in other consideration.
