On July 3, 2024, iA Financial Group (“iA”) completed its CAD$10 million investment in Canadian business Clutch Technologies Inc. (“Clutch”), which specializes in online sales of pre-owned vehicles.

Founded in 2017, Clutch is one of Canada’s largest retailers of used vehicles, offering, through its online platform, a seamless and transparent car buying experience to its customers. iA’s strategic investment in Clutch aims to further elevate customer user experience and provide best-in-class warranty and insurance products to customers.
