On March 7, 2023, HSBC Bank Canada completed an issuance of €1,000,000,000 3.625% Series CBL7 Covered Bonds due March, 2028. The offering was conducted pursuant to HSBC Bank Canada’s C$10 billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

The covered bonds are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to timely payment of principal and interest by HSBC Canadian Covered Bond (Legislative) Guarantor Limited Partnership.
