On November 1, 2010, GlassBox Television, an Ontario-based integrated media company that owns and operates Canadian specialty television networks, acquired CTV's specialty television service, travel + escape, for C$10 million.
Glassbox Television (now part of Blue Ant Media) was an independent Canadian broadcasting and media company specializing in the operation of multi-platform broadcast and video-on-demand (VOD) channels, content production, and digital publishing.
McCarthy Tétrault LLP represented GlassBox Television, the acquiror, with a team led by Grant Buchanan.
