On August 19, 2024, GIC Private Limited ("GIC") completed its private placement of an aggregate of 939,388 subscription receipts in WSP Global Inc. ("WSP") for an aggregate purchase price of C$192 .1 million. The subscription includes 122,529 subscription receipts issued pursuant to the exercise in full of the additional subscription option by GIC.

GIC, headquartered in Singapore, is a leading global investment firm that manages Singapore’s foreign reserves and has investments in more than 40 countries worldwide.

WSP, headquartered in Quebec, Canada, is a professional services firm that provides strategic advisory, engineering, and design services to clients seeking sustainable solutions in the transportation, infrastructure, environment, building, energy, water, and mining sectors.
