Gemini Trust Company acts as sub-custodian in respect of The Bitcoin Fund
On June 4, 2020, 3iQ Corp. announced that a preliminary base PREP prospectus for a new issue of Class A Units and Class F Units of The Bitcoin Fund has been filed with the securities regulatory authorities in all provinces and territories of Canada and a receipt has been issued. The Class A Units will trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Class F Units will not be listed on a stock exchange but will be reclassified as Class A Units upon the closing. The offering will be managed by Gemini Trust Company, the subcustodian of the fund.
The Bitcoin Fund's objectives for holders of units are to provide exposure to the digital currency and the opportunity for long term capital appreciation.
