On March 4, 2020, Fengate Asset Management, Lake Bridge Capital, Kaia Capital and Annette Verschuren sold all of the equity interests in NRStor C&I to Blackstone Equity Partners.

NRStor C&I is an energy-as-a-service corporation focused on the emerging battery energy storage market. It is based in Toronto and has expanded to operate throughout Ontario and in the USA.
