Faraday Copper Corp. completes C$40M bought deal prospectus financing

On February 14, 2023, Faraday Copper Corp. ("Faraday Copper") completed its previously announced bought deal financing, for a total of 49,999,700 common shares (the "Common Shares") sold at a price of C$0.80 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds to Faraday Copper of C$39,999,760 (the "Offering").  The Offering was completed by way of a prospectus supplement dated February 6, 2023 and filed in all provinces and territories of Canada, other than Quebec, under Faraday Copper's base shelf prospectus dated October 21, 2022.  Faraday Copper intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to fund the purchase of a 32,000-acre ranch land package adjacent to Faraday Copper's Copper Creek Property, for exploration and development of the Copper Creek project, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes as set out in the prospectus supplement.

Faraday Copper is a Canadian exploration and development company focused on advancing two copper projects located in the United States.
